    Great Helmet, But The Goggle Strap Got Stretched Out And Is Not Replacable

    This helmet has treated me very well for the most part, but the goggle strap's elastic stretched out and now just dangles from the back of my helmet and doesn't keep my goggles secure. This helmet would benefit from a more secure goggle attachment mechanism or Smith could do us all a favor by offering a replacement for this very simple and small part (I asked and they said no)

    Terrible Helmet

    I would never buy another Smith Helmet. The first one I bought I took straight back to the shop as the wind was blowing through the ear pads so loudly I couldn’t hear myself think and it gave me a terrible headache. The shop replaced it with another one which was not as bad but there is a plastic piece above the ears which holds the wires for the size adjustment and on one side it is lower which causes my ear to ache very badly all day and when I take the helmet off it is excruciating. It’s a terrible helmet.
