Rated 4 out of 5 by Concerned Dad from Working well so far Got these for teenage son whose arch in one foot has dropped. He was having lots of muscle strains in lower leg when doing strenuous activity like playing basketball. Was frustrating. He was limping around every couple of weeks. A PA suggested insoles. Since he has used these insoles, no problems. They seem to help. They are quite stiff; I thought they might be uncomfortable, but he knew they helped immediately, and he uses them all the time. If this continues, we'll get second pair so he isn't always swapping them from shoes to shoes. He's going out for school team. First few practices will be the big test. Wish they were a little cheaper. (I'd buy three pairs.)

Rated 5 out of 5 by Lambeau from Amazing pain relief! I am an Oncology nurse. Always on my feet. Have been told I have flat feet. Developed plantar fasciitis. Bought some generic in soles from local drug store. Gave some relief. Walking around in pain for over two years because I thought that was the best relief I could get. Would even limp at times as pain could get so bad. Tried hundreds of dollars of various insoles, without much relief . Bought a pair of the soft sole fit specifically for low arches. First few strides, had instant relief. It has been three months and I continue to be pain-free, as long as I have a pair of shoes, boots or slippers with the SofSole Fit insoles. I buy footwear a size larger to accommodate the insole.

Hey there Folks at Sof Sole, I was steered towards these by the Friendly Shoe Expert at our local Sporting Goods Store (That is now out of business... ) a while back. His recommendation over the product I was using was spot on! They are comfortable, hold my feet from collapsing inward and they hold up better than my last product (Not that that product was poor by any means! I still use them in other shoes just to keep things different.). Now I'm buying some for my son who's feet have the same defects as mine... Poor guy!

Rated 4 out of 5 by CAS6 from Very Good! I purchased this product as a result of having broken the 5th metatarsal in both of my feet. I was told by the doctor I needed a sturdy, not soft, insert for my sneakers to provide stability while walking as well as a low arch support. These insoles are strong and have given me the stability I need to increase mobility. At first, they hurt my heels but that is better now and I suspect could have been a result of an improper gait I had while trying to walk again. I didn't rate this product with 5 stars because these are the only inserts I have had and have no basis for comparison with similar products.

Started noticing a difference in 2 days. Significant pain reduction in 5 days. Large male human puts amazing pressure on feet!! Over 6 feet tall, and 250+ pounds. Purchasing another pair :)

Rated 3 out of 5 by John129 from Review for Sof Sole Fit Low Arch Insole I had purchased a pair of low arch Sof Sole a couple of years ago. I bought this pair to replace them due to wear. The new ones are different than the original version. The new ones seem to have a higher arch and are more rigid. I had hoped that they were identical since the old version fit my feet perfectly. Idon't like the feel of the new ones as much as they seem more aggressive in terms of support.
