I bought because trouble with akilis tendon. Helps a lot. Replaced insole in Brooks sneaker, great difference.

Great Arch Support

These inserts were a tremendous help for hiking Yosemite for two weeks. They gave me the arch support I needed. I definitely suggest trying the different arch supports before purchasing so you get the perfect amount of support. I also bought my shoes a half size bigger and chose a shoe that had removable inserts to make sure they fit inside the shoes correctly.

Great In Sole

I bought it for the arch support. Initially, the arches made a little noise when they were in the shoes. That went away after a couple of days. It didn’t bother me because the support they gave my feet was so good. I bought a pair for my work, running, and everyday shoes.
