I've tried many different types of insoles and these aren't bad, but definitely not the best because they would keep move inside of shoes too often.

Thought they were exactly as advertised, good variety of sizes, etc.

Good Product But…

My son was unable to use these because they were not the right product. and because the sizing was one size fits all we had already trimmed them and were unable to return. They may work for some, but he was looking for a more cushioned insole to support his knees for basketball. He did end up getting a different insole from the same brand which work better for him.
