Gel Heel Lifts?

I have been using an inexpensive Heel Lift in all shoes from Amazon for years now. I'm jogging enough refing soccer, and with a new jogging shoe purchase I saw these on an impulse stand. I made the purchase and have been using them for more than two weeks now. My heel and ankle seem to be okay with the gel product. :) I wish after use they were apt to stay in the shoe at the heel location better, but it's not a deal breaker to me. I have six more weeks of jogging this season and intend to keep using them. Assuming I don't tear them, I see the lifespan of these heel lifts should be longer than the inexpensive versions.
