Great Fit And Comfort!

I bought these for my athlete daughter because she complained of foot pain during her activities. These have helped tremendously and provided her comfort to play sports and continue her active lifestyle.

Not Too Good

The Sif Sole inserts are not too good. They do not stay in place inside the shoe, since the insole does not extend to the toes. The insole is like a 1/2 or 3/4 length. I won’t buy these again.

Great For Tiny Feet

We bought the small womens size of these because my daughter got new soccer cleats that had basically zero padding. She is tiny (size youth 3.5) so we can never find inserts that will fit her shoes. These have been great! She says very comfortable.
