Great Tool this is the second one I have gotten. The First kind of fell apart I used it so much. But I do suggest that the little knobs that you use to open the blades up with to put some super glue on them before you use because they get loose and fall off making the blade hard to open. I also could not find replacements.

Poweraccess Assist…not
The tool itself is very nice. However, the poweraccess assist is not user friendly. It is very stiff and difficult to deploy using the thumb assist. It may take time to break in, but it should be much easier to deploy out of the box for the expense.

Great Tool,but........
I love this PowerAccess, it is a lot sturdier than the PowerAssist. It also comes with the screw driver kit which is handy. The pouch that it comes in is sturdy, but unfortunately this tool is an every day carry item for me and the strap on the pouch that is too thin is starting to rip and not built to be clipped to your belt, wish they had a pouch similar to the PowerAssist.. Had to send one back as well because one of the tool did not lock and can fold back on itself.

Great Tool, But Beware
I have had this tool for 5 months and use it multiple times a day. It is a solid product. However, I would recommend taking each screw out and putting some threadlock on each one. I've was using my and on numerour occasions, screw would fall out. I reached out to the company for replacement screws and was informed that replacement parts and repairs services are no longer offered on their products. I was then advised to ship my defective tool to them at my expense for review/replacement. Kinda frustrating, but I wish I could just get 2 screws.

Built Tough.
It’s a serious multi tool. Not flimsy and under built. I like the assist on some of the components. One little issue though. The magnet at the top of the tool that holds the bits keeps popping out. Difficult to get it back in.
