Great Quality, Great Price, Great Instructions
I am 6 foot 1 with long legs and the stride length is sufficient for me. The mechanical construction is excellent and the features are everything one should need. Really a great product at a great price. I assembled it myself and the instructions were very clear. It takes about 6 hours to assemble. It's shipping weight is really heavy so I paid to have it delivered to the basement of my house. The delivery was smooth and they arrived within the 4 hour window. I highly recommend this product

Love It So Far
After a few months of using it, we love our new SOLE E25 Elliptical. It’s quiet and compact, making it a great addition to our small workout room. I use the manual setting, and I like that I can customize my workout to reflect the amount of time I have available. Meanwhile, my teenage son prefers to use one of the integrated workout plans that automatically changes incline levels. When I hop on the elliptical after he’s been using it, the machine quickly and smoothly moves from his workout to mine. Very much recommend this product for anyone looking for a low-impact, high-intensity cardio routine. At first, I ordered it for delivery, but realized I could get it much faster (and without the delivery charge) at the store. Dick’s was great at helping me make a return and buy one in-store. They even loaded it into my truck. My teenage son a I were able to carry it into the house and down the basement without much trouble. It took about 4 hours to assemble on my own. The instructions were okay. It was not overly difficult to assemble…just have to take your time.

Noisy. Wheels are not flush which crates a knocking noise with every single stride. The install instructions are a pain too. Tiny font any tiny diagram labels. Very expensive for a very loud machine. I’m super dissatisfied.

Terrible Product - Arrived Broken Inside
Bought this around the holidays.. machine has never worked. Initially found it difficult to put together because the diagram was tiny and hard to follow. Eventually got it together and it was very squeaky. Called Sole, they misdiagnosed it over the phone, so when repair guy showed up about 2 weeks later (had to wait for the wrong parts to show up 7-10 days, then wait for the repair guy to show up), discovered the real problem and had to wait again for the correct parts. Another two weeks later, repair guy shows up, makes the repair, I use the machine first about 30 seconds and it isn’t making the terrible noise it was prior! I thought it was fixed. Got on the machine the following day, it worked for exactly 43 seconds and then completely stopped functioning… it is completely locked up. Call Sole again, wait all week for parts, parts arrive today, repair guy says it will be another week before he can get here. Do not buy this machine unless you are prepared for this giant hassle. Very much regret not buying a used machine that someone else assembled and decided they didn’t want. Then I could hae tried it out and knew it worked. I could have also paid significantly less buying used.. and it would probably work. I still can’t use this machine. Still awaiting a repair person.

Awesome Machine
