A Well Built, Sturdy Machine.

I’m really happy with my new Sole elliptical overall. Shipping did take a few weeks, so just be prepared for a bit of a wait—but it was worth it. Assembly was definitely the most challenging part. It felt a bit overwhelming at times, especially if you’re doing it on your own, but once it’s put together, the machine itself is excellent. It operates very smoothly and feels sturdy and well-built. The workout is great—I can already tell it’s going to be a solid addition to my routine. My only real complaint is the screen. There’s an advertising or demo video that keeps playing, and I haven’t figured out how to turn it off yet, which is a little annoying. That said, the performance of the machine itself outweighs that inconvenience. Overall, I’d recommend it if you’re willing to get through the assembly and don’t mind a small learning curve with the console.

Stride Length Too Short

I'm 6 ft 3 in and can't use this elliptical because the stride length is too short. This machine acts more like a stepper for me. The machine is sturdy and operates smoothly. The shroud over the wheels broke off when I moved the machine. The shroud comes too close to the floor and limits how high the machine can be raised when moved.

Horrendous Machine And Service

Bought this machine in Sept 2025. To date, January 2026 its been fixed 7 times!! Belts coming loose, parts falling off inside the wheel, banging noises etc. Goes on and on. Sole will pick and replace for $700! LOL Dicks didn't offer, said past their 90 days. LOL DO NOT buy this machine!! I'm stuck with a LEMON!!!

The elliptical works smooth as silk, the dashboard is terrific, but the assembly directions for assembly are poor, I needed a magnifying glass to read them and the tools provided are worse.

Unrealistic Delivery Timeline

I ordered an elliptical on December 9th, expecting reasonable delivery timelines. Instead, I was told I won’t even receive a delivery date until after January 5, 2026. That’s an unacceptable delay and was never clearly communicated at the time of purchase. The lack of transparency and extremely long wait make this purchase not worth it. Because of this, I plan to cancel/return the order and look elsewhere for equipment from a company that can provide realistic delivery expectations and better customer communication. Very disappointing experience.

We’ve only had it a couple of weeks but so far so good. The movement is smooth and very natural; the screen is large and the range of functionality is impressive. It squeaks a bit and wobbles at the top, even though we paid for professional assembly and installation. Still, we’re pleased overall and looking forward to using it for many years to come.
