Good Machine, Mostly

I have been using an elliptical daily for 16 years. I have had this one a week and it’s mostly adequate. I am convinced the fan is just a picture of a fan as I can’t even feel it even if I press my face into the vent. I have questions but can never get a hold of anyone in “support”. I also paid for setup but had to redo parts myself because everything was installed crooked. But it’s a good run. Make sure you try one out before buying. I wish I had done more research.

Great Elliptical But...

It is great. Very smooth with a lot of programs to keep your workouts interesting. The only drawback, from my perspective, is the height from the floor to the pedal at its lowest point. If you don't already have some amount of leg strength, you may need a step to get on.

Don't Buy It

please do not buy this machine unless you like an endless squeaking noise. I have emailed several times and no help. I went back to Dick's where I purchased and was about 8 days too late to return elliptical even though I had contacted Sole over a month previous..again don't buy....I wish there was a 0 star option...
