Don't Buy It

please do not buy this machine unless you like an endless squeaking noise. I have emailed several times and no help. I went back to Dick's where I purchased and was about 8 days too late to return elliptical even though I had contacted Sole over a month previous..again don't buy....I wish there was a 0 star option...

Exceptional Service As Usual!

I have bought three bikes, weightlifting equipment, and now a second elliptical from the same person over the last 12 years at the DSG Wellington location. He is Sean Monier from the bike and fitness department. This time I was in a hurry and only needed to call Sean Monier to get his thoughts on the E35 Elliptical. He recommended it, provided specifics on its performance and advised me of the upgrades that were made since I bought the last one from him (2014). I had someone pick it up for me and Sean lifted into the vehicle (over 212 lbs). I assembled it this morning and it all came together perfectly. Thanks Sean! :)

Works Half The Time

The elliptical after 3 weeks stopped turning on then I had to remove the power cord to restart it and then it only works half the time. I called the service number and the lady said they would get a tech assigned and out to fix it. This was December 28th 2023 and I’m still waiting 4 months later. This is absolutely horrible I spent $1,800 on this what a waste of money, honestly I should of just got a gym membership.
