Shipping Problems

I paid the extra to have it shipped, moved inside, and put together. Instead, it was dropped off outside our garage door. Called support and they said they'd get someone to come out and set it up, but it's been almost a week and didn't get a call. They did refund the shipping charge, but I still had to move it inside and set it up myself, no easy task for a senior to manage moving something that heavy. Buyer beware.

Excellent, Well Built Elliptical

I purchased this from Dick’s Sporting Goods land had it shipped to me from the store with professional assembly. The delivery and assembly went well with no complications. The elliptical is solid and performing very well. The only weak points are that the internal speaker is fairly weak and the internal fan is very weak. I bought a little fan to attach to the machine and mostly use my iPad to attach on top to view movies, etc. with a Bluetooth speaker. Overall, it’s an excellent and solid elliptical.

Won’t Start After Two Uses

We used it two times and the screen is black. It won’t start up. Double checked everything. The machine is very well built and I like how it works if we can only get it to start up. The company is closed for multiple days on the holiday so can’t get help.
