This is not my first elliptical. First one was for about 10 years, second for 13 years. This one has its pro and cons. The following are in no particular order of importance. 1. They like to tout this machine as a light commercial machine but if you read the manual they state you void the warranty if you install in a commercial environment. They must have real confidence this machine can be even close to commercial quality. 2. Fan is a joke, I couldn't feel it at full speed, within the first few days I purchased a real fan and mounted it on the ceiling about 5 feet in front of this machine. FYI, you can't turn the fan off once you hit stop and finish a workout. You just need to wait for the 15 minute time out. 3. I really wanted to do different workouts based on heartrate input. Don't bother. The heartrate grips don't work most of the time and when I do get a reading 1 in 10 times I try. It's not even close to my watch. Don't get me started on the wireless phone charger. It interferes with the heartrate and reads 199 - 203 while charging. 4. The incline stays where it was when you finish your workout. Making very hard to step onto the machine the next time. The resistance drops when you finish but not the incline. You need to do it before hitting stop because you can't afterwards. 5. The front wheels are way too small. You need to hold the machine almost vertical before they contact the floor. They should be significantly larger to be useful at all. 6. I haven't figured out what you'd use the display button for. When would you want the display to rotate 90 degrees, unless you plan on laying the machine on its side. 7. I had a noise while running the machine. Their troubleshooting said its more likely a loose installation bolt or screw. After investigating it ended up being the 2 bolts they installed in the incline pivot at the rear. These are just a few of the things I observed in the the first 2 weeks.

Better Than Expected.
It is very solid and appears to be made very well. I weigh 250 pounds and it works great for me. I especially like the video workouts. I strongly recommend this if you are looking for an elliptical for your home gym.
