Rated 2 out of 5 by from Nice TreadMill - Poor Quality I had this unit for less than 4 years and it keeps having controller board going out. This will be the 5th one if I purchase it. We were lucky in past it was under warranty. Now they can sell me the part, they say well belt could be bad as well, this might be bad. It the same issue has before as unit appears to get hot near motor and capacitor goes out. Be aware.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great fit for my wife and me We needed a new treadmill with heart rate and a strong motor for setting incline and speed. The SOLE F63 is very easy to operate and our son, who is a top rate masters runner, recommended it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So far so good! I bought this treadmill earlier this month and am loving it so far. I love the easy access to the speed buttons - you can very quickly change your speed from 3 to 7 if you are doing intervals, which is mostly what I do. The fan is a little weak like other reviewers mentioned but I didn't buy the treadmill for the fan. I need a good sweat anyway!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Sole - poor customer service Bought the F63 from Dick's, didn't purchase the service plan since Sole provides lifetime guarantee. Had for 60 days and completely stopped working. Called Sole to troubleshoot and indicated I would need new electronic part. Item is not available to atleast 2 weeks, then I have to set up a time with a field tech to come look at machine. Terrible customer support and committment to stand behind your product.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Better machine than I thought I was getting This machine is very well constructed. I think the floor model was a bit loose but when I put mine together it feels sturdier than many models costing much more. The phone app connection is a nice feature but the app itself needs work. Has a hard time synching to other tracking software correctly. All in all, I really like this machine considering the price is very reasonable.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Excellent value, runs great, some minor flaws Did a lot of research and ended up with Sole based on perceived value to price. Really wanted a folding treadmill under $1000. Overall very satisfied with the purchase. We got free delivery with the purchase (thanks Dick's!) -- the unit is not very heavy and one person can do most (but not all) of home setup. We had no issues putting together or since then (over 2 months w/ regular use). Pros: Motor is very nice, quiet and plenty powerful for everything we can throw at it. I use regularly after kids bedtime with absolutely no issues/concerns. Belt is very stable w/ good traction and the platform has nice cushioning. I love the up/down buttons on the arm handles which make changing speed and incline really easy. Incline up to 15 is awesome. I've gone on runs over an hour at a time with no problems whatsoever. Machine setup was very easy and only need two people for a couple parts of the setup. Folding mechanism works well (see below re: locking) and wheels make it easy to move. Nice large buttons on the main console are easy to use. Speed and incline presets are helpful to make changes on-the-fly. The screen is a little small but functionally works great. Nice console design with good spots to hold water, glasses, phone, etc. Cons: The locking mechanism does not seem to work well consistently (I can usually get it to work with some fiddling). Also the platform feet aren't adjustable so it can be a little shaky if not on completely level space or exercise mat. The Sole app is basically useless (completely uninstalled) so the Bluetooth functionality is also basically useless. The speakers are fine but nothing special at all.
