Love My New Sole F63 Treadmill

I had a Sole F80 treadmill for 12 years and it played a major role in my daily cardio exercise routine; I had logged 5,800 miles on it when I decided I wanted to replace it with a newer treadmill. I chose a Sole F63 treadmill because it gave me all the features of my old F80 plus new features which allows me to connect to the internet. I'm 75 and did not have any problems assembling it without any assistance using the simple instructions in the user manual that came with it. I have used it a month and I'm convinced I made a good choice. It is very quiet and sturdy and offers a full range of workout programs. The one I use the most is the 80% Heart Rate program which monitors my pulse via a Bluetooth chest strap and adjusts its incline & speed to keep my pulse at a targeted rate. I have used many different fitness center treadmills and this Sole F63 is as good as any of the very expensive competitors.

I would never buy this treadmill for the assembly alone. If you want to frustrate yourself over a poor design this is the machine for you. The engineer who designed this is not good. He has no idea how to align things before using the screws to attach them. He makes you use the screws as the alignment while trying to attach parts. It took me 45 minutes to attach 4 screws. Not because I cant screw in a screw but because I needed to align things with the screws. Don't say I didnt warn you.

I am a senior and so many recommend that the Sole 63 really is good for seniors. And guess what?, IT IS! Dick’s delivered it to my room of choice and were careful and professional. Easy to use. and Quiet!
