Terrible Delivery

The first delivery arrived unexpectedly. The treadmill didn't work. The replacement treadmill arrived when I wasn't home. My attempts to reach the shipping company resulted was not helpful. I contacted DSG two times but still no treadmill.

Best Treadmill I Have Ever Owned

I have had a couple of treadmills over the years mostly for walking but some jogging. This is so far the quietest and easiest to use. It was easy to assemble and was up and running within a hour. The deck is quiet and smooth. The built in workouts are tough but I mostly dial in my own settings. My Garmin heart monitor hooked up flawlessly. Overall I am very satisfied.

Great Treadmill

Bought this treadmill a few weeks ago to replace my 10 year old Proform. What a difference! I use treadmill everyday for 2 miles for last 30 years. The Sole is so much easier on my muscles and joints. So happy I got this!

Just received. Great experience at Dick's. Treadmill was $999 off. Delivery and setup was exceptional. Used it once during therapy after a stroke. Did great. Looking forward to using it daily.

Perfect Size And Price

Was looking for a basic treadmill that had a good reputation, was reasonably priced and had good cushion for my very sore feet while I walk or jog. I was so glad that I was able to test a few machines on the floor at Dicks. Otherwise, I may have chosen another treadmill. The customer service rep at Dicks was super helpful and delivery was quick and came faster than anticipated. Highly recommend this treadmill!

Not Happy

Dick's 3rd party installation company - AIT Worldwide Logistics, failed to show up, call, text, etc. I spent an inordinate amount of time contacting Dick's regarding. When the technician finally arrived the following week, he used an impact wrench, overtightening, stripping bolts, screws. I had to contact the manufacturer to obtain an assembly kit and re-do the assembly. I would not recommend based upon my personal experience. Better to purchase direct from the manufacturer, they have their own people to install. I have yet to speak with a member of Dick's upper management. Bottomline, they could care less.

If I Could Rate Zero Stars I Would

Horribly packaged. Treadmill only had styrofoam in the corners which I found odd (this was not my first treadmill purchase). Arrived damaged and the company who delivered it and was supposed to put it together offered to put it together damaged. No thanks! They don’t even give me anything stating it was damaged. Box was busted so I’m not sure why this even came to my house. When I called Dicks for a refund I was told I would have to wait three weeks. I’ll never purchase a thing from Dicks again.

Really Nice Treadmill

Took a bit of sweat to put together. I’ve had it for 3 weeks and so far it is working great. One little ding - the fan is just a waste of space as it really doesn’t give you any more air than not having it on.

Dissapointing

Weve had this treadmill for less than a 2 years and have non-stip issues, including E2 codes that keep showing up after repair. It is beyobd frustrating.

Great Treadmill

I really like this treadmill. I don’t need a lot of bells and whistles, just a good basic treadmill. It’s very sturdy and I like the 60” length of the pad. I put a 32” tv on the wall facing the treadmill and before you know it I’ve walked 2 miles. I’m a senior and I use it mainly for walking.

Horrible Return Policy Within 2 Days After Pickup Unable To Return Called Their Customer Care They Said Email Will Send No Update After That

Be aware of this store wont accept if you open it and like to return store drop even purchase date and return date is same day. I recommend if you think 120kg able to handle go for it otherwise dont go with this product right now i placed marketplace and other website to sell it just 700 dollar not used since my pick up date is march 15 and never used this product Reason for return is heavy weight unable to carry
