Great Indoor Exercise Machine For Seniors

I’m 80 years old and my doctor told me to start a walking routine. Since I live in Western NY I’m not about to go out and walk in the snow and ice. So, I bought a Sole F65 so I can do my walking indoors. This is the first treadmill I’ve ever owned or used. I’m impressed with how solid it is and how extremely quiet it is while running. The controls are well labeled and pretty much intuitive. It is now easy for me to get in a quick quarter mile of walking every day and I plan to extend the distance I can walk each day over time. I’ve not done any of the “higher energy” routines yet but hopefully that will come as I build my endurance. The fact that it connects to my iPhone via Bluetooth is a real plus. I can show my doctor how well I’m progressing on my phone. Good job Sole!

Very Impressed So Far.

Watched a lot of residential use treadmill videos before picking one. Sole was always near the top of the list - especially value for the money. Wanted a bit more than the F63, but not the price of the F80. While the F65 no longer has the 3.5hp motor, it does have the wider deck and slightly upgraded display over the F63. The wider deck was top priority for me. All of that with the better Black Friday sale pricing, and the F65 ended up being a no brainer for us. Install was about as easy as all of the videos I watched made it out to be. A second set of hands definitely helped. Have been on it daily for 4 days now and quite impressed. It is a solid surface to walk on, the uprights and display do not shake at all for the incline walking I do. That is a big plus for me. Had a home treadmill many years ago that the uprights/display shook horribly when using it. It is very quiet and smooth - both the belt and the incline adjustment. Zero regrests on this purchase so far.
