Rated 1 out of 5 by from Sole Customer Service leaves alot to be desired I purchased this treadmill 12/26/16 and had it professionally assembled.Less than 2 weeks later the belt stopped moving. I called for the warranty and they told me up to 2 weeks to get it fixed. Completely unacceptable in my book as the treadmill wasn't even 2 weeks old. Customer service did nothing to speed up the process.UPDATE:service guy was out today and the the warranty department didn't send out the right parts! The motor is BAD! SERIOUSLY??!! Now they are telling me another 2 weeks before they send out another motor and get it installed. UNACCEPTABLE! Again no help from the customer service department.DO NOT BUY A SOLE PRODUCT!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Absolute Garbage! Ours just died (again) after only 1600 miles. This is the fourth time we've had major problems with it - first was solved with a tech visit within the first couple of months, second was a faulty motherboard (they sent a replacement under warranty, third was a cracked deck that they replaced under warranty (our labor), and now we have yet another low speed error warning. Sole just told me that we were out of luck as it was no longer under warranty. Do some searching online, and you'll see that this poor quality and poor service are typical experiences. And, yes, we have done regular service, are both well under the weight limit, and use it only 2-3 times/week max.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Solid entry Have been using this for a week. Seems well built.Am still learning the features as far as the built in programs.Tried to load the Sole app and it seems to a waste. Struggled to get it in the house by myself but did it.Also the drawings could have been bigger .It's hard when you have all these bolts and screws on the page with lines dissecting pointing to the holes they go in.But got it together and have had no problems.Picked this over the Nordic track 1750 because of customer service reports and because of Nordic policy of forcing you to sign up for a year of I fit connection.Would recommend this treadmill if you don't need all the bells and whistles.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great treadmill. First off let me say that Sole really mis advertises the price. They put an enormous retail price on it and then sells them for $1500. This is really a 1500 item. It never sold for retail. It is $1500 practically everywhere even on their own site. So you should compare this with 1500 dollar units. That being said it is a great treadmill for the money. I can't speak for reliability as I just got it. There are lots of problems listed online. The True brand treadmills are better built but cost much more. Just be aware you are really buying a $1500 unit. NOT a more expensive one on a great sale. This unit does NOT compare to a $3000 treadmill.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quiet.... Shhhhhhhh My husband had an old treadmill that still did the job but was so loud that you could not hear yourself think if you were in our home gym with him while he was running. After 13 years of this noisy machine, I decided it was time to hunt for a new one for him. I did my homework and decided on the SOLE F80 because it had enough bells and whistles to justify its price (very reasonable, I might add) and was Q-U-I-E-T!!!. Before inadvertently bringing another loud machine into the house, we went to Dick's to test drive the SOLE, and I was immediately sold on it right there and then. This is a purchase I have not regretted one day since it was brought into the house in May!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Treadmill Extremely quiet and heavy duty. Setup is pretty easy with not that many parts. Quite the heavy box to maneuver into your destination, but that is expected given the item.Operationally, it gets up speed very fast and inclines fast. Walk run surface is easy on the joints, but not excessively spongy. The controls are nice with fine tuning of speed and incline on the handles, and easy push button for overall selection on the panel.I have not had it that long, but from what I can tell, it is a very good product and I am satisfied with it. Long term reliability will be the test, but it seems nicely engineered so my expectations are high.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Durability I bought my F-80 several years ago from Dicks. The only thing I had to replace is the small power belt. It is wore out now the joking platform has my foot landing groves worn through the medal rap that covers the partical board with tracks half way through the board itself. I would replace it but the electronic are gone the last time it was operating it was showing over 25000 miles that is correct.i believe I have got the best of this treadmill but I am planning to purchasing another but Christmas is a bad time to make this big of purchase. I have had other treadmills none with the quality or the dependent ability with Sole you get your money's worth.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Have had mine for two years, happy with it :) Purchased my Sole F80 from a local Dick's in March 2015. Set up was scheduled with what I remember being a 3rd party that the store sub-contracts it out to in order to put it together. They were great, and definitely needed two people to bring in and place in my basement as it's quite heavy.I haven't had any computer or deck issues with the treadmill, and it's almost comparable to a LifeFitness treadmill I also use at Lifetime. Those are still better, but you'll pay $8000 for one. No thanks, I'll pay my $1500 and get one for the house that is almost as good, just not quite as smooth. I would highly recommend it, as I've owned both the F63 and now this F80. The F80 is better, more smooth, and I think the only thing Sole needs to start incorporating on newer models in order to stay competitive, are better/more contemporary front monitors.
