Sole F80 Treadmill

I bought this as a Christmas present for my wife and she loves it. Easy fold up you can sink in your phone

Good Treadmill, Slightly Slower Response In Speed

Got this to replace my bricked Nordic track 1750. Wanted an equivalent that would not sell me a monthly plan. This one fit the bill and was available for quick pickup. Compares to the 1750 but without the annoying ifit. Responds to speed changes more slowly though. Overall good. Hopefully will last longer.

No Delivery And Assembly As Of Yet

The carrier dicks Sporting Goods use is the worst! I have been lied to several times by the carrier. They keep saying we are searching for a delivery and assemble team to travel to our house! I even got dicks involved

Damaged Or Manufacturing Issue

I bought this on Black Friday and setup the treadmill soon after. Upon pickup, it was delivered to my vehicle and I noticed the box was opened at the bottom. The guys said it was only the box that was damaged. I had some help stop by to get it into the house, since it was so heavy (325+ lbs). The treadmill was heavy so I wasn't able to check it all over without lifting the heavy treadmill off the floor. I got it all setup and have been using it for a few weeks now. Running on it seems stable and solid. It does fold, so I finally folded it up to check it out and noticed that one leg was completely bent, and definitely not right. I will be contacting Sole, but I honestly don't know if it was damaged at the manufacturer, during transportation to the Dicks store, or something else. I have added photos.

Be Sure To Test It Out Before You Purchase

The treadmill itself is fine. Runs well and is pretty quiet. However, the console is a huge design flaw. Unless you are very tall with very long ape-like arms you cannot reach the console to use it even at zero incline! For reference I am just under 5'2" and I am unable to reach my phone or tablet or reach the buttons on the console while working out. I had to purchase a gooseneck phone/tablet holder to clamp to the treadmill, I hope it will help. The interface on the display is also not very user friendly. Not sure what it's called - navigation bar? - the bar with the back button and other options sits in the middle of the screen and while you can move it, it takes a few tries to hit it in the exact spot that lets you move it, plus you can't move it off screen completely so it's always covering something (a search bar, a letter on the keyboard, etc.) and you are constantly moving it out of the way. Unless I want to keep stopping to use the display, the only way I can use it is to start a video/movie/etc. before I begin my workout and make no changes after that. It's as if they designed this treadmill and interface and never tested it out. Be warned.
