Solid, Meets My Needs

I am a big man, age 56, on a weight loss journey. I walk 1.5 miles per day on my new treadmill. I have recently increased my speed to 3.2mph. I have also added a 1% incline at times. Slow, consistent improvement over time is what this treadmill will allow. Since I will be over 300 lbs for a little while longer, I can tell that the equipment will support it.

Never Again

Was delivered broke. Screen didn’t even come on. Paid extra for delivery and set up. Manager said they would replace and pick up old one. 2 weeks later delivery people come at 8pm on a Friday night and don’t even have a new one on the truck!!! Total mess. Called manager and got “sorry”. Never buying from Dick’s again. 3.5 weeks and never even got a working treadmill but required us to be home 2 times. Disgraceful.

Easy To Setup, First Uses Good, Nice Dashboard

I purchased this treadmill about a month ago after much research. Purchase process was easy. Shipping was super quick, less than 1 week after purchase. 1 big box, about 300 pounds. Needed 2 people to tip bring into house due to 5 stairs. Equipment was sufficiently packed, instructions were generally easy to follow. Total set up time about 3 hrs including move into exercise room. Treadmill working great, a little disappointed with actual belt cushion. Was led to believe it would be better even with new running shoes, 190 pound runner. Dashboard works well, easy to use. Only suggestion so far is deeper cupholders. Cup holders are too shallow for tall water bottles due to shaking at running speeds. Created work around.

Great Product….convoluted Process

We like this treadmill. Because the store did not have an available unit, we were told to order on-line and have it delivered to the store. After it arrived arrange for delivery through the store. We called the store after it arrived and were told we MUST ARRANGE FOR DELIVERY IN-PERSON ONLY. Why? So, after visiting the store delivery was arranged and it occurred as scheduled.
