Poor Design

Very poor design! When you are up near the console your feet hit the plastic cover on the deck. You have 4 ft behind you which is great for the dog to go on with you. Taking it back.

Poor Quality

I bought one during Covid and it is the worst machine. It throws error codes all the time. It hasn’t worked, it is just a big paper weight. We bought one in 2013, and it was so amazing and it still works perfectly we thought we would buy another. Don’t be fooled like us, now they are just junk, and there is no help from Sole.
