Still Waiting On My Treadmill.....

TL;DR: Fantastic in-store experience, but the delivery/assembly process is like watching a clown car catch fire in slow motion. If you buy a treadmill from Dick’s, it’s only worth it if you throw it over your shoulder and carry it home yourself like a Viking. Whatever you do, don’t pay Dick’s to deliver. Let me start with the good: the staff at the Olathe, Kansas Dick’s were phenomenal; knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely helpful. If I could rate just them, this would be a 5-star review with confetti and balloons. Unfortunately, everything after I swiped my credit card has been a tragic comedy. On August 23, I paid $170 for delivery and assembly, thinking, “Hey, that seems convenient.” As of September 10, the treadmill was still nowhere to be found, proving that taking my money was the only part of this process anyone knew how to execute on time. Dick’s contracts their deliveries through AIT Worldwide Logistics, which, based on my experience, must stand for Absolutely Incompetent Transport. They scheduled my delivery three separate times and then heroically canceled each one due to mysterious “truck issues.” Look, I understand Dick’s and AIT are separate companies, but I didn’t hand AIT two grand. I gave it to Dick’s. And as far as I’m concerned, the moment my card was charged, the treadmill became their responsibility. At this point, I’ve paid over $2,000 for the privilege of watching my order play musical chairs across some warehouse in the Midwest. Bottom line: the Olathe store staff deserve raises BUT Dick’s needs to take accountability for choosing a logistics partner that can’t successfully deliver a box on wheels.

Great Treadmill

Love this treadmill! Large screen for watching TV and nice wide track that feels very secure. Haven't used any of the programmed workouts yet but love the easy incline and speed adjustments. Installation and set-up were very professional.

Treadmill Great, Screen Functions Could Be Better

We’ve only had it for a few weeks, but we love the treadmill itself. The onscreen functions not so much. Navigating between the actual workout and apps is not very user friendly. The screen mirroring also does not work for us. So although we love the treadmills so far, and I have used the on screen workouts and enjoy those, the functions on the screen are not very user friendly.

I'm very pleased with the smooth feel of the treadmill

F85 Some Great Features And Some Misses

After much research I purchased the sole treadmill to replace an old Nordic track. I was drawn to the fact that Sole is not tied to a membership. Integration with Zwift and Garmin are a plus. Things that are taking some getting used to are the run deck is not as forgiving, direct speed adjustment buttons skip mph and do not allow for intermediate quick adjustment except for with paddles, and incline is only in 1% increments. For example there is a button for 5mph and 7 mph, not 6. If you want to run a 10 min mile you have to set it to 5 or 7 and use the paddles to adjust. On Nordic track it was easy to press two buttons in sequence say 5 twice to get 5.5 mph. Additionally the built in workouts do not control the treadmill speed or incline. I believe this was a feature of the iFit, but on my old Nordic track treadmill the built in programs had this feature. The 15” touch screen is nice and built in apps work as they should. All an all functions well and is sturdy and quiet but I’m missing the details found in my old machine. Also this machine is very heavy even when carried in the pieces. The deck and motor section was difficult for two of us to carry upstairs.
