New Sole Lcr Bike

I wanted one since last winter. Now I'm ready for a Minnesota winter along with one of your treadmills. 👍

Physical Therapy

I recently had spine surgery. They fused my l3 / l4 vertebrae and stabilized with "appliances". Your LCR is perfect in helping me recover. It allows me to maintain some level of cardio fitness with virtually no pain or discomfort to the surgical area. Money well spent!

Very Comfortable Bie

We started looking at bikes that were much cheaper, but they seemed unstable. I needed a comfortable bike for exercising. This one fits the bill. It is similar to what you might find in a gym. It has access to many workout programs. It allows me to stream off my phone. It keeps track of my workouts and it is smoooooooth.

Disappointed In Sole Quality Decline....

Disappointed in Sole quality decline.... Have elliptical and treadmill-solid. LCR Bike- more wobble and noise than a cheap proform. Watiing on CS to make it right. Spend $ for quality ended up with paper weight. Had a week and don't even want to use because the noise it makes and can't use tablet holder because it shakes to much, what a disappointment. Took a chance, vegas would have been a better gamble.

Bad Corporate Policies.

They sold me a bad product, then they told me I was stuck with at least part of the cost of the product because I had it delivered and set up. They went through three managers trying to explain to me why I should be responsible for their bad product. Finally it basically just came down to them saying "Well, you are". So I get a bad product, followed by bad service, followed by arrogant apathy.

Great Bike!

Great recumbent bike. Well worth the money. Only wish it paired better with Garmin. Have to re-pair every time I ride. Either store results on Sole app or in Garmin. Can’t do both.

Why The Bike Reset?

Product has reset itself twice so far for no reason which required me to start over.

I’m Using The Lcr

Display, computer, speed of the electronics are poor. I have realized that I cannot use the media and use an Apple product that is 8 years old.

Media Features Have Been Horrible For Me

Pros: 1) The core function of cycling works. 2) It appears sturdy, in my non-engineer opinion. Cons: 1) The speaker quality is extremely poor - the volume is very low when streaming, as you can see in the video. When I cast it from my phone, it is simply unbearable because I get static on top of low volume. This is the same issue with my Sole treadmill, so this seems to be a shortcomimg of the functionality and not my specific units. Because the streaming function was a key factor in my purchase decision, I have been greatly disappointed with both machines and not being able to enjoy movies in the only time I have to watch them. 2) The app and media features are not user-friendly to me. I finally gave up when I got stuck on a Google screen with no way to navigate out and had to unplug to start over. -I was able to pair my phone to my treadmill with no problem but, for some reason, the bike (which is in the same room) will not remember my device once pairing is confirmed. -The mirroring feature, which inconveniently requires downloadimg a second app, will search for and find my bike; however, it does not allow me to select the bike, leaving the status stuck at not connected. I bought my first Sole treadmill about 10 years ago and loved it. It was still going strong but I upgraded to take advantage of the media features. As I stated, the volume amd static issues were disappointing, but I thought maybe I just got a bad set of speakers and I simply didn't have time to look into it. Fast forward, I am dealing with some health issues and decided to get a recumbent bike to relieve stress on my back. Without hesitarion, I wemt with Sole again, thinking surely I couldn't get another machine with such poor sound, until I did. The media features have been so disappointing that I was back on my treadmill after my second attempt to use them. As much as I loved the brand before, I can't recommend it because I feel as if I'm only getting half of what I paid for. I deeply regret both purchases and wish I had saved on each and gone with a model that has no media features because that is effectively what I have. If media matters to you, this is not the machine for you.

Almost Great

The machine itself is great. Was easy to assemble. Can't get the classes on app to work. It won't accept the serial number and my training icon only worked a couple times.

Love It

Smooth ride. Love the built in speakers and fan. Bought this to rehab my new knee and it’s been perfect.

Here's The Good & The Bad

My LCR bike was delivered with no problems. The bike seems well built & I like the built in programs without the requirement to subscribe to an expensive fitness app. Where Sole falls short is with the Sole app & the bluetooth. When I first went to to the play store to load the app it wasn't even available, I called Sole & the support person I talked to was very candid & told me the app had so many bugs it was taken off the play store. That was a couple months ago so I tried it again & it's there but it won't even connect to my bike! When I was shopping for a bike I wanted it to have bluetooth so I would have my choice to connect to the many cool apps out there. But after I got the bike & in so many words they say that it is meant to connect to the Sole app. So bottom line, 3 stars! I'm surprised Sole puts the effort in to build decent equipment but invests nothing in it's app or to reach out to big players in the app fitness world to make their bikes compatible with them, (most major apps don't connect well or at all & are not in their list of supported bikes). I do appreciate that you can call Sole & there is a live person that speaks good english to talk to. I considered sending it back but the way I made it work for me is by getting a 32" fire tv with a ad free version of youtube, I put on the very configurable cardio program & than I take bike rides all around the world!
