They sold me a bad product, then they told me I was stuck with at least part of the cost of the product because I had it delivered and set up. They went through three managers trying to explain to me why I should be responsible for their bad product. Finally it basically just came down to them saying "Well, you are". So I get a bad product, followed by bad service, followed by arrogant apathy.

Great Bike!
Great recumbent bike. Well worth the money. Only wish it paired better with Garmin. Have to re-pair every time I ride. Either store results on Sole app or in Garmin. Can’t do both.

I’m Using The Lcr
Display, computer, speed of the electronics are poor. I have realized that I cannot use the media and use an Apple product that is 8 years old.

Media Features Have Been Horrible For Me
Pros: 1) The core function of cycling works. 2) It appears sturdy, in my non-engineer opinion. Cons: 1) The speaker quality is extremely poor - the volume is very low when streaming, as you can see in the video. When I cast it from my phone, it is simply unbearable because I get static on top of low volume. This is the same issue with my Sole treadmill, so this seems to be a shortcomimg of the functionality and not my specific units. Because the streaming function was a key factor in my purchase decision, I have been greatly disappointed with both machines and not being able to enjoy movies in the only time I have to watch them. 2) The app and media features are not user-friendly to me. I finally gave up when I got stuck on a Google screen with no way to navigate out and had to unplug to start over. -I was able to pair my phone to my treadmill with no problem but, for some reason, the bike (which is in the same room) will not remember my device once pairing is confirmed. -The mirroring feature, which inconveniently requires downloadimg a second app, will search for and find my bike; however, it does not allow me to select the bike, leaving the status stuck at not connected. I bought my first Sole treadmill about 10 years ago and loved it. It was still going strong but I upgraded to take advantage of the media features. As I stated, the volume amd static issues were disappointing, but I thought maybe I just got a bad set of speakers and I simply didn't have time to look into it. Fast forward, I am dealing with some health issues and decided to get a recumbent bike to relieve stress on my back. Without hesitarion, I wemt with Sole again, thinking surely I couldn't get another machine with such poor sound, until I did. The media features have been so disappointing that I was back on my treadmill after my second attempt to use them. As much as I loved the brand before, I can't recommend it because I feel as if I'm only getting half of what I paid for. I deeply regret both purchases and wish I had saved on each and gone with a model that has no media features because that is effectively what I have. If media matters to you, this is not the machine for you.
