Data Is Wrong, Otherwise Bike Works Well

Ride-wise, the bike rides well. However, the data on the bike is all wrong (My best guess is speed is in mph and "close enough" to a real number, but distance says it is miles but is likely actually kilometers, and calories likely assumes that I am running the distances travelled). In addition, integration with streaming apps is poor (is hard to navigate and show to load). I've reverted to just using my phone (since the tablet holder doesn't actually fit a tablet).

Components Seem Cheap, Hopefully It Holds Up

The components on the bike, for example, a fabric covered seat that will likely destroy bike shorts over time and pedals that were a bit too loose with my SPD shoes, leading to a very inefficient stroke. Both of these items were immediately replaced. Hopefully the rest of the bike parts are better quality than these components, only time will tell. In addition, I cannot figure out how to update the software on the video apps so unfortunately Netflix, Hulu and the rest of the installed video apps will not run. Utilizing a screen instead of my iPad, was one of the main selling features of the bike.

Really Enjoying This Bike!

So far I'm really enjoying this bike! It was easy to assemble and it's clearly well made. My only complaints? If you are using another app besides the main exercise app it doesn't show you your bike stats. So if I cast something to the bike display or watch a YouTube video I have no idea how hard I'm working or what level I'm on. Also, there's no way to put the screen to sleep without unplugging the bike entirely. So not the most environmentally conscious solution. Not a lot of options on the UI either. Also the speakers on the bike are weak. None of these are showstoppers for me but could be improved with a software/firmware update.

Excellent Quality!

Bike is easy to put together and is solid as heck. You can stand up and pedal with no bike movement at all. Works well, although I could never get the screen to shut off, not even after selecting the shortest time possible. App had plenty of workouts and you can make them as challenging as you want. I did end up returning it as it did not have preprogrammed workouts like the website said. (That has since been corrected on their site.) I would recommend this bike to anyone who does not want a handful of “set it and forget it” workouts like I do.
