Short Handle
Purchased to use in my Ooni pizza oven, it works but is very short handle makes it a challenge to use and not get burned. Must be very careful. Make work great with other pizza ovens

Perfect For Pizza Turning

At first we used a larger peel to launch our pizzas, but its size made it hard to maneuver inside the oven. The narrowness of this turner allows for easier, more agile handling of pizzas during the cooking process. The quality of the materials is great, too.
