Horribly Uncomfortable And Not True To Size

I wanted to love these so badly but they are without a doubt the least comfortable shoes i have ever worn. They are U shaped giving them no arch support forcing your heels back and driving the back of your ankle into the very high back lip causing bad blisters. To make things worse they are absoltely not true to size and i have typically an 8.5 and just to be safe i bought a 9 and they are as small as a size 8. I even had other people try them on just to make sure i wasnt completely crazy and they agreed. Horribly uncomfortable and not true to size. And sadly ordered them online while traveling and didnt try them on till I was back home so I am stuck with them as I dont feel it would even be fair to sell them to another person in good couscience knowing how uncomfortable they are. Very dissapointed.
