Great Basketball Goal, Once Assembled.

I purchased this basketball goal for my Grandson, who is becoming a very good player. However in assembling the pole (it came in 3 sections), the sections did not fit together as well as they should. It was not possible, no matter how hard we tried (using the method as described in the instructions) and I finally had to re-drill the holes to fasted the sections together. The assembly definitely takes two people and the final goal is very well constructed. My Grandson does love it and overall it was a very good buy.

Poles Keep Coming Apart

This is the second time in two years that the poles have come apart causing the backboard to fall to the ground. Luckily no one was under it either time. I'm considering having them welded together to prevent a third fail. Disappointed.

Where's The Ball?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was supposed to come with a basketball, we submitted a support ticket and have heard nothing. This is for a youth group and we are a non-profit organization.

Hole In The Base

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Shipped with big hole in the base, no water would be held. Replacement came but wrong base. Sat on hold for an hour yesterday with no call back when requested.
