Poor Customer Service

I bought this suit for my daughter’s birthday in a size 10 using a $30 rewards gift card I received in the mail from Dick’s. I went to exchange the suit for the exact same swim suit just in a size 12 about 3-4 days later (still cost the same amount). The employee then made me pay for the entire amount and did not apply the $30 rewards. Baffled by this and why the swimsuits could not just be swapped out. So I guess I just threw the $30 rewards away.
