Fabric But Left Gaps

It is nice that it is fabric but it left gaps in the child arms, so I do not feel it was sung enough. Returned. May work for a child with larger arm.

I love these arm floaty's! I had a pair before that lasted three years. And then it deflated. So I expect this pair to last just as long. It is a good investment to buy the more expensive arm floaty's. They last a lot longer. In the plastic does not hurt their arm when you take them on and off because there is cloth there.
