This Swim Cap Fit Well, But Kept Slipping Up And I Need To Reposition It Often

Not Silicone

The description reads silicone but when the cap arrived it was clearly made of latex. It will be returned.

Terrible

I've used it about 12 times. It never stayed down - I had to keep stopping to pull it down. Tonight a giant section ripped off out of the blue, ending my workout. Speedo didn't used to produce absolute garbage.... Disappointed.

Didn't have the hat long 2 weeks split in half hair wet when I take it off too much for the price feel like an innertube on your hair slip off while in the water waste of money

My other laytex caps were hard to put on and really pulled my hair. I'm very happy with using this soft one instead.It was easier to put on and take off.

Average Experience.

My hair still gets wet. Water creeps up the back of my head I assume because of my movement and the way the head and neck are shaped.

Product Works

Cap works fine but cost of $10 at store is rather pricey. Works the same as the latex kind. Don't know yet about durability.

Helps, But Doesn't Keep Your Hair From Getting Wet

I was hoping that this swim cap would keep my hair from getting wet. After all, that's what you use them for. It did keep the majority of the hair in the front and sides above my ears from getting wet, but water got into the back of the cap and much of the back of my head got wet. I have only used it about 5-6 times, but it seems to be getting worse each time I use it. I have followed the directions for putting it on to a tee, but that certainly didn't make a difference. All in all, it is much better than not having a swim cap on at all, but doesn't do the job I was hoping it would do. My hair is not long (comes just below my ears), so I don't think the amount of hair in the cap impacted the water seeping in. I feel that this is just an average cap and recommend it was some reservations.

Great Quality Swim Cap!

High quality cap made of great material that doesn't come off when swimming.

Functions As Advertised.

Maybe a 3 star is not adequate, it could be more. The cap does function as it is should. I purchased this adult size for my wife. I also purchased a junior size for my 6 yo. Got them home, compared them, and they are almost the exact same size. And actually, the opening for the Junior size was slightly bigger. Just the opposite of what one would think. So if you are unsure what size to buy, it probably will not matter. Speedo should just sell these as one size fits all. The junior was Latex and the adult was Silicone. So if an allergy to one material is something to consider, go with the the appropriate material and not the size.
