Bought them to give me more of a workout. Used other fins, these are durable and very little flex. I bought an XS shoe is 5-6 works great.

Great Product, Now When Can I Use Them!

I wanted a short pair of fins to help strengthen my legs after a hip replacment and these were perfect. I used them in a pool and I increased my distance and speed. Fit perfectly. I would urge trying them on before you purchase they do run small. But, as everyone knows, the pools are closed and I don't swim outdoors when it's 40 degrees.

Flexible For Natural Foot Movement

These fins are the best I’ve tried and I have swam laps for the past 20 years. The fit is perfect, they feel like socks form fitting around my foot. The midsole is flexible so my foot moves through a natural range of motion through the kick cycle which results in more even distribution of effort through my legs.
