I purchased these insole for plantar fasciitis which was extremely painful. This brand was suggested by my podiatrist stating they are the best on market. He also suggested their flip flops since this is my shoe of choice. They were easy to trim to size and very comfortable. I’ve been wearing for 4 days and pain is beginning to subside gradually.
