These really improved my arch support. My feet and my knees were bothering me a lot before I added these insoles to my neutral shoes. I’m going to add these to my stability shoes as well, for extra support. Much less expensive than my previous insoles, too.

Not bad, definitely not the best insoles. The ends are very flimsy so they don’t work in all my shoes perfectly. Otherwise they do a pretty good job of relieving pain.

I like the amount of cushion, but they squeaked for probably the first two-three weeks that I used them.

Wow, I am impressed! I started running during quarantine and not too long after, I developed terrible heel pain that would not let up, even between runs. I've had bouts with plantar fasciitis on and off, high arches, and tight calves so after reading up and realizing I could not get into a specialty running store to diagnose my specific issue, I decided buying new insoles was my next best plan. I went into the store to see them in person but with a different brand in mind. I'm so glad they had displays of every single one so you can really get a sense of how thick they are (or in the other brand's case, aren't). I'm thankful that I did not have to replace my perfectly good low mileage running shoes. When I put these insoles in my shoes, I was pleasantly surprised that they were a perfect fit and I didn't even need to trim them as I'd expected to have to (size 9 medium women's shoe, I took the original insert out and replaced them with these). I've been running in them for weeks now and my heel pain is completely gone, with no recovery pain the next day either. The only drawback is that they do make my runs much hotter. My shoes have very good airflow; I can even feel air moving through them when it's windy. My feet get very hot in these though!
