I am very happy with these SPD cleats. They fit perfectly and have held on nicely to my road cycling shoes. I do an hour to hour and a half of indoor cycling 5 days a week.

Easy As Pie

Not much to say. They were easy to install. I do with they came with the Allen wrench but luckily I had one on had that fit.

Louis Garneau Spinning Shoes & Cleats

I purchased these spinning cleats to attach to a new pair of Louis Garneau spinning shoes. They were easy to attach and work perfectly with the spinning shoes. My only disappointment was I had to purchase these cleats separately from the shoe because the shoes did not come with cleats. This was approximately another $18.00 investment.
