Perfect For My Needs
I haven't used this at the beach or in high winds yet, so I can't comment on its durability in those conditions. I've used it in moderately winter conditions though (15 mph or so) without issue. I spend an enormous amount of time at my kids' outdoor sports events, especially soccer where there is no shade. This umbrella is perfect for that. Two folding chairs will fit under this even without the ground stake pole attached. Just open it like an umbrella and throw it on the ground and it's ready to go. But if there is wind, you'll want to use the included anchors. It's also very light for the long walks to the field.

Used One Time And Broke
Beautiful beach day a little windy easy to set up it isn’t that hard but the minute a gust of wind comes the whole thing will go inside out and break not worth almost 70$

Great For A Beach Trip
Loved this umbrella that we bought for our summer beach trip. You can anchor the back into the sand and use it as a canopy shelter or use it as a regular umbrella. Comes with a tool to be able to add into the sand which was helpful. I definitely recommend this umbrella.

Not Worth Price
Do not use during wind. Used item less than 5 times at the beach and a part broke off on the hinge. I did not keep receipt and the company will not replace the part as they "do not vend this part individually." I offered to pay for the part as well. They will do nothing without a receipt and will not advise warranty period either. For the price, I would not recommend unless it is used when it is not windy. I have had regular beach umbrellas last longer than this. I recommend the Shibumi for the beach.

Lasted 45 Seconds
We had purchased our second version of this sportbrella. The first got sand in the zipper and it failed quickly. Very disappointed, but we tried to make it work for a couple years. The second time, I got the insurance because I had my doubts. Sure enough, on vacation we stuck it into the sand with all the stakes and screwed it down tight. It lasted 45 seconds before flying off 100 yards away nearly striking several people and landing in the ocean. The umbrella turned completely inside out and was not salvageable at all. The main fault was the engineering of a super cheap clip to hold down an umbrella that people use at the beach! Many other umbrellas were working just fine. This company needs to severely improve their cheap materials before they ever get a dime out of me again!

Super Easy To Setup And Use
The Sport-brella Premiere is super easy to set up and use. I have used it at the beach a few times. Holding up well so far. I usually use it in the standing umbrella configuration with 2 anchor lines going into the wind and it has worked very well for me so far. The screw bottom works great in the sand. Very satisfied so far.

Sport-brellas Are The Best!
The Sport-Brellas have always held up better to the elements, in comparison to other umbrellas. We use them at kids' sporting events and they are great! I only wish they had a size in between the chair umbrella size and the 8ft since sideline/bleacher space is usually limited.

Sturdy And Great On The Beach
I used this when I go fishing. I used to hammer the stake into the sand, this umbrella base has a feature that enables me to screw it into the sand and it held the umbrella from strong winds
