I bought this about a month ago, and it broke after 7 days. The plastic piece that holds the bike fell off in the middle of the road, leaving my bike dragging on the road as I pulled over. Maybe a hit a bump too hard or something, but maybe a product shouldn’t break that easily. Not to mention, the guide to install it wasn’t easy to understand

Every where else they are 45.00 here over 100 it doesn’t have good ties for the actual bike if not careful you’ll scratch your car

Easy to install and I feel safe using this rack with my e-bike.
I’ve been able to get out and ride in safer areas I couldn’t get to before.

Used this on my car to get 2 bikes to the park in town. You will have to get small racket straps to hold bike to racks. For the price and my needs it worked well.

I am happy I brought this.........................

This rack was $89. Just bought it today and took out bikes for a spin. Cheaper than others but for a reason. It fit my adult dirt bike bike and my child’s 13” frame, 26 wheel dirt bike. Don’t know where our 3rd bike would go on unless we took off the pedals, both wheels.....you get my drift. Ok for the money if you need a cheep rack for 1 or 2 bikes but plan to tie knots with the extra slack from the straps to secure whatever you can fit on the rack or buy bungie cord to connect to something.

I don’t know where these people are ordering this from but it does come with all the straps and loops for bikes to sit. You get what you pay for. My brand new bike fell off it but it was my fault for not securing it correctly I do always re tighten before a trip now. Have t had probables since... but if it really comes down to it I would’ve went with the more expensive one just to ease my concern when driving but if you can’t afford it this is fine. Just buy bungie cords... works great for me

I purchased this bike rack back in March to be able to take my bike to and from local trails. It was good while it lasted but it is very cheaply made. The plastic handles are starting to wear and there are hardly any straps for the bike. So please buy bungee cords. Needless to say after various use I have also scratched up my trunk. My husband finally went to the VW dealer and forked out the $200 for a decent bike rack. If you're going to need a bike rack for the long haul I would just invest in a decent bike rack. It's not worth the hassle.

This was the only rack available at the time so I figured how bad could it be. The store employees assured me it’s decent quality. Well one of the plastic pieces that goes on the arms slid off on the first drive. Now my bikes slide around on one side and I have to use additional straps. I wouldn’t want it if it was free

So glad I bought this. I wish someone in the store would have been able to attach it to my car, though.

We bought this rack so we could get our bikes up to Tahoe. We were able to get my husband and sons bikes on with no problem but it does not work with a women’s cruiser

Bought this bike rack as it was the only one in stock at the time, and decided on it because of the pictures showing the secure straps that go around the bikes to secure them to the rack and the additional security strap. When the rack was being installed, it only had the 1 security strap and no additional straps for each bike. Poorly designed and honestly very unsafe especially for traveling with the bikes on the bike rack on a highway. This bike rack is worse than a $20 Walmart or Target bike rack. Wish I could return it.
