Worst Product Ever!!
I am not someone that writes reviews so for me to take my time to do this then it's bad. We bought this for my son as a birthday gift knowing he would love it. When I went to put it together there were screws missing. I contacted the company and they said they would be shipping me new ones. After 2 weeks I never received anything and contacted them again. We didn't get the screws until 2 months later. Once we finally got those we were trying to put the netting up and the holes don't line up. It did not matter which part we used things did not line up. The screws were also extremely difficult that we had to use a drill. We finally gave up and just put it together without the net. Will never buy from this brand again.

Some Serious Issues That Needs Fixed
This is the second one that I have purchased and I had the same issue with both. There is literally no holes in the poles to connect the right way/won’t line up. Unless you are good with rigging things up, buy a different brand. Thankfully my husband was able to drill everything into place to make it sturdy/safe enough for our kids.

Can’t Even Put It Together
The parts don’t line up and we spent hours trying to make it work. I’ve now hired a handyman who can hopefully fix the holes.
