Warranty Is A Rip Off

The Company advertises a 10 year warranty on all parts, including the net. However, our net ripped in two different areas and separated from the zipper after only 5 years, they denied our claim as "normal wear and tear." It is an arbitrary standard that gives them discretion to pretty much deny any warranty claim they want. As a result, the advertised 10 year warranty is a rip off. Buyer beware!
