The SPRO® Prime Bucktail Jig features a unique shaped head and eyelet placement to create a realistic appearance. The bulging eyes, holographic finish and blazing color drives the fish crazy. This jig doesn't fall or hang straight down compared to other bucktails. The Prime Bucktail glides through the water and stays almost parallel to the bottom when jigged for a natural look. You can use this jig in many ways for numerous species.

Great Bucktail

First, I'm new to bucktails, so take my review with a grain of salt. I spent the day on a pier with no luck dropping bait and so did everyone else around me. I didn't see anyone pulling up anything the whole day. I brought this bucktail for morning and evening time. No luck with it. However, I like the weight, construction, and color. I could easily cast it out since it's a nice weight and I could see it in lower light conditions near the tip of the water, so I'm assuming the fish could too. They just weren't biting anything.
