Was Excited Until 24 Hours Later

Went to Golf Galaxy a Dicks store to get fitted for new clubs. The fitting experience itself and Alex the rep I worked with was excellent. 24 hours after I picked up my new clubs I went out for a round and upon the 2nd strike of my 5 iron the club snapped at the hozzle. I immediately called Golf Galaxy and asked for Alex who was out. I left a message for the manager and explained what occurred to be advised on what to do next. I didnt hear back from anyone for 3 days. I went on vacation and called from there and left another message. I received a call back from the manager requesting photos of the damaged club which I did immediately and was told I would hear back. The following week I decided to go into the store to discuss the issue and brought in the club. I was told it was needing to be sent out to Srixon for warranty and I would have to wait. I requested they re-shaft the club immediately which they indicated would cost me. I approved it and waited for the repair. I was charged $67.76 to have the club repaired. This is embarrasing after spending $4000 on a set of clubs to treat a customer this way. I golf on a league and own a business in the industry. As the saying goes. Over $68 how many people are going to hear this story and say "Guess I'm going to Carls".

Just Fantastic

Hopped in the bay and hit the ZX5 MK2, ZX7 MK2, 243 Pro, 245 Pro, Cobra King Tour. The ZX5 was all around by far the most consistent. They all had nice feel but the Mizunos were just a little too hot for my taste (especially the 245; it's def for distance) and didn't spin as much. The ZX5 spun most, had the steepest landing angle, and best distance dispersion. I'm coming off a players iron from several years ago, which I hit pretty well, but the forgiveness and consistency of these is very apparent.

Well Balanced Mid-hdcp Club.

I have struggled to find the right mix between players and more forgiving irons. I hit just about every new model of TM, Ping (several models), Titleist, Callaway, and landed on the Srixon. Great feel and distance with a surprising level of forgiveness. Very happy with the purchase.
