Rated 1 out of 5 by from 7'6" is just a 7 foot with too long of a butt. I have over a dozen ST Croix spinning rods. Over all for the money they are hard to beat, cost and quality construction. That said, I was looking to add a 7'6" to my arsenal and wanted to pay under the inshore avid. Big mistake, the 7'6" is just a 7fter with extra butt. The problem is casting lures get's old really quick. For the money I would consider GLoomis inshore as an alternative.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from one of the best I have several St. Croix inshore mojo rods, and love each one. It's one of the best bang for your buck. I hauled some 30 lb plus snook out of the heavy cover, they haven't let me down.Check them out.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Should have bought one of these years ago! The evening I first used the rod (w. penn battle 4000 reel) wasn't ideal conditions and the bite was slow. In that time, I realized how much more sensitive it was to everything my jig touched. My casting distance also increased noticeably. After the bite turned on, the fights were exciting, to say the least. I could feel more so setting the hook was easier. All the nuances of the fish movements felt more distinct than any rod I have used prior. I can't wait to get back on the water with this thing!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from finest inshore rod...period i have owed several St Croix rods and im still enjoying the very 1st rod i bought 10 years ago.the other brands doesnt seemed to measure up in terms of performance and reliability.i bought my mojo inshore rod over the summer and havent let it down ever since.its my go to reel.its light.has the backbone to haul in big fish and the overall performance cannot be beaten.if you're looking for an inshore rod that will last you a lifetime of pure fishing bliss...THIS IS IT!!
