I ordered this online for delivery to my home. I had the tracking info and everything looked like it was going to be delivered on time. Today it said it was delivered by DOORDASH?? And it had a photo that was obviously not my home. When I called dicks they just said they had no way to track the driver and they use DoorDash for orders within 20 miles. They offered a refund… I want the sold out sweatshirt I needed for Christmas! I then called DoorDash. They could at least contact the driver who said dicks didn’t put my full address on the package so they just put the city and zip in with no street address and delivered it there. The driver also said they tried to call someone (wasn’t me since I had no idea Dicks used DoorDash so who knows who they were calling) but no one answered. I’m on a wild goose hunt trying to find a package in just a city. Thanks for nothing Dicks. Do not order online!!!
