Inconvenient Junk With Multiple Loose Parts To Lose
Bought this rower expecting a nice and convenient piece of equipment, especially given how expensive it is compared to much cheaper models. First thing, this is the only rower I’ve ever owned that requires you to plug it in to change the resistance. That’s insane. The average rower just has a knob you can turn. So now, every time you want to use it, theres an additional step in needing it to be close to a receptacle and having somewhere to store the cord. Second of all, every other folding rower just has a simple pull knob to fold it. Not this one. You have to manually unscrew it every time in order to fold it. And then you have to screw the bolt back in when it’s folded up. Except there’s nothing to screw it into. It just sits loose horizontally in the socket. So now you have to find somewhere to store that too so you don’t lose it or its washer as well. Very annoying. Absolutely not worth the money. The cheaper ones have far more quality and are far more convenient. I will be returning this immediately.

Good Resistance And Computer
I've had it a month. The only problem is the foot pedals are too far apart. There isn't a fix for this. If the pedals could be moved 3 inches closer it would be fine. I would only recommend this if the user tried it first.

This is our second rower. After 20 years, we finally wore the first one out. We are looking forward to putting our new one to good use.

Almost Great.
Purchased this rower because of it's magnetic resistance (quieter) and upper weight limit. I'm 6' 3" and 265 lbs, so I wanted to know I was getting a machine w/ a sufficient weight limit. Generally, I use the Heart Rate program and have been mostly happy with the performance of the HR monitor. I"ve not bothered with maximum resistance, since my emphasis is on low-impact Cardio, and I'm still out of shape enough, that I can get to 85% of max heart rate and stay there w/o tons of resistance. My biggest complaint is the seat noise and lack of smoothness in it's travel. It feels like the bearings are "lumpy" and is squeaky with each stroke.
