Painful At First, But Hang In There

It takes time and patience to allow your back to adjust to the pressure, much like a deep tissue massage. It was rough for the first week or so. But the pain goes away and your back will feel better.

I’ve used the BackTrac for a few weeks now and I find it very helpful in relieving tightness in my neck, shoulders, and back. It has been great to have, especially after my regular massage therapist decided to stop work after the virus shutdown. If I have any constructive criticism for Stamina it would be to include some ideas about how moving the massage balls around changes the effect.
