Versatile

Wanted a rowing machine that went beyond the usual pull- release. This unit offers the opportunity for pull, plus shoulder rotation- all in one exercise

Hardwood Floor Owners Beware!

The rear stabilizer (rear foot) has a rubber pad on it with screws that are recessed. One screw was sticking out past the rubber and during assembly it made a huge scratch on my hardwood floor, very upset! This floor came out of an old barn and was refinished. Overall the construction seems pretty stout and it's easy to assemble, I haven't used it much so only time will tell how durable it is. I would have given this 4-5 stars if it hadn't ruined the floor.

Great Workout!

I've owned this machine for 5 years now and love it! Just recently had to replace the rollers under the seat. No problem with that as I have put a lot of miles on it. Foot plates are joke, broke the strap almost immediately so I ended up taking an old pair of shoes and bolting them to the foot plate! Works like a charm and been that way for years! Good little rower for the money.

Excellent Rower

Rower and handlebars are very smooth. I am very pleased with this product.

A Good Value

I have used a PreCor rowing machine for 30 years and needed a second machine in a different location. I like that I can tip the Body-Trac up and store it easily. It is well made.
