Great Rower

Super easy to use rower. Easy fold and storage. Love it.

Love It!

I bought mine used and couldn't be happier with it. I have struggled to find a cardio workout that I will stick with long term. I have injuries in the tendons of my hips and legs, so it can be difficult to be on my feet for too long during a workout. I still walk on my treadmill and use my elliptical, but this rower is now my go-to for a great cardio workout. I can workout for extended periods without experiencing pain and discomfort And the rowing is enjoyable, especially when watching vidoes that simulate being on the water.

Body Trac Glider.

The Body Trac Glider is a great way to achieve no impact exercise. It is well built with good quality parts. This is my second Glider. I absolutely wore out the first one and the fact that I purchased this second one speaks for its quality. It’s easy to use and store and if replacement parts are ever needed the ordering process is very accommodating. Great piece of equipment!!

Very Good

Had it a month . Recovering from being struck by car. Excellent way to exercise, with no impact. Wish the back leg was adjustable so you could increase leg workout by using on an incline

So Far So Good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good. The only problem we've had was with the directions. Some of the pieces were already installed. We don't have any burning issues as we are in our 70's and don't row that fast or that long. I do use a seat cushion though. It truly is like rowing a boat.

Great Fit For Our Family

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is a perfect fit for us, and we are really enjoying it, so far. It is fairly lightweight, stands up and out of the way easily so it doesn't take up a lot of space. The workout encompasses full range of motion and can be intensified as you get stronger. I am really happy about this purchase.

Excellent Buy

This is a perfect exercise machine for someone of my late years, offering adjustable resistance and self managed speed. Good quality at a very reasonable price.

Impossible To Assemble

Assembly instructions aren't clear. Sent mine back, don't waste your money

Well Worth It!

This is a great machine. Folds nicely by tucking for easy storage when not in use. Extremely easy to pull out and setup to exercise. Well made, easy to assemble. It is a quiet machine with good (adjustable) resistance.

Row It

Only complaint is need taller heel cup to fit all size shoes. Very smooth quiet seat movement. We enjoy it greatly, we are 70 and 64

Silent, Smooth Rower!

I bought this rower during the pandemic as a quiet way to exercise my arms and legs. I LOVE it! I've never had a rower that is as smooth as this one. The fact that it is silent makes it totally amazing as my husband was telecommuting downstairs. Win-Win!

Good Overall But Needs A Few Improvements.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This rower does the job well; but has 3 minor "bugs" as follows: 1) The "pedal straps" are too stiff, too wide and too heavily velcroed; and yet don't hold the feet well? My feet tend to slip off the pedals no matter how tight I cinch the straps. 2) The pivoting foot pedals need a higher heel cup flange to help prevent foot slippage off the pedals (see point-1). 3) The center beam and/or seat rollers have some sort of "flat-spots" that cause a minor popping sound & vibration during use. This is only a minor nuisance.

Does The Job!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a competitive oarsman, and this is my second BodyTrac 1050 rower. That says a lot more than the ****1/2 stars I am assigning it. First, the BT has a small footprint, stores easily and is light enough to move with ease. Second, the mechanics are simple and sensible. They require simple maintenance, like lubricating the shocks and tightening bolts. Third, it’s durable. My first BT lasted 12 years. Fourth, the action reminds me more of actual rowing than those expensive rope pulled machines. Fifth the BT is the best buy for the money I’ve seen. My major criticism is the unusable round cap on the handle. I removed it and redesigned the handle to lengthen it, make the angle more horizontal, and offer a couple of grip options. I will do the same with my new BT. I hope the designers will address this issues, for the next BT I buy.
