The bike was easy to put together well-made and I like the hand features. I have a torn rotator cuff and I need to strengthen the muscles in my shoulders and it works great for that, as well as working my legs like a bicycle.

My Stamina Elite Total Body Workout.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Assembly - went together in leas than an hour once I got it all unboxed. Make sure that you assemble this where it is going to be used. It weighs quite a bit. This is great for stability, but not very mobile. Function - very sturdy and easy to adjust for size and resistance. There is a noticable difference in each step from 1 to 8. I also like the fact that the arm and legs can (and should) be worked separately. You can pinpoint the proper resistance level for each. Extras - The screen is functional and gives you the basics, but not much more and that is fine for me. I know what I want to do for my work out and dont need to pay for a tour guide. Quality - As I said this is a very sturdy machine and even though I have only been using for about a month I have no doubt that it will last.
