Misleading Offer For Accessories

I bought a girl’s pink scoter for a Christmas gift. When I did, an offer for an accessory was shown to me.(handlebar tassels). I added them to my order. Upon opening, I found that the TASSELS CANNOT ATTACH to my he scooter. They are Not meant for the particular scooter. It was a MISLEADING offer and I am DISSATISFIED.

The pedal cranking is not that smooth. Not like riding on a stationary bike. It also tends to slide forward. But on the other hand the price is good and it’s okay for a light workout.
