Trampoline For Martial Arts Training
As a student of Filipino martial arts, I use the trampoline for shadow boxing (with/without weapons) and footwork drills. The springy surface increases balance, timing and proprioception requirements. Coupled with the accompanying workout videos, I can get a darn good workout with no stress on my knees.

Won't Last
We bought this trampoline for our 7 year old son and it lasted 3 weeks!! Already ripped where the straps are. Pretty sure with it being a fitness trampoline, it shouldn't rip that easy with only a 75 lb child jumping daily.

Wanted To Love It More
Overall the trampoline works great and I love the shape but the outer cover is super cheap and started to tear in three places after having it for only 3 months. Hopefully, customer service can send a new cover.

Well Made. Not Much Bounce.
I just put together the Stamina Oval Fitness Trampoline. It's a well made product. However, I've had rebounders/mini-trampolines since the early 80's. This one does not have enough bounce. It actually is not comfortable to use as the little bit of bounce is a hard one. I'll just use it for the "Health Bounce"
