Bought Online, Seem To Have Gotten Someone Else's Problems
I bought this product online, and when it was delivered the Box looked a little beat up. When I opened it up, it was pretty clear this had been a returned unit. It was partially assembled, or more likely fully assembled and then partially dis-assembled. I carefully took everything out and checked the "inventory" and - of course - I was missing several M8*15 bolts; the plastic wrapping around the package of bolts and tools was in complete disarray and the bubble that was supposed to have 8 bolts had 1. I scrounged around my supply and found some similar sized bolts I had used on a tractor and assembled the unit. It leaks water (maybe that's why the earlier purchaser returned it?) - I will continue to try to fix it, and buy whatever is needed to make it work, because dis-assembling it, repacking it and dragging it to the nearest store will eat serious time (in addition to the assembly time, etc) and it's just not worth it. Now I know that buying online from Dicks is a risky proposition. They should be required to certify whether something is truly new or a return etc. Does anyone check this stuff?
